One of the first sausages we made when we opened about 3 years ago! We topped this mild-medium spiced Italian sausage with tomato jam, garlic aioli, and fresh basil. Also brilliant in a pasta, on a pizza, or with your favourite toppings.
Please note: all sausages are smoked to ideal internal temperature before packaging. All you need to do is sear on both sides for 1 min and heat through on low. Shouldn't take more than 3-4 minutes per side!
