Made from a excellent lesser known grape, this Petit Verdot come from a single vineyard site in Niagara. Fermented in stainless then moved to white oak bourbon barrels for aging and the natural micro oxidization that come with it. No fining or filtering. Minimal sulphites.
Known for deeply coloured Tanic wines this version is soft with noticeable balanced acidity and is easily approachable. Rich purple in colour. Loads of lean brite red berry fruit and plum fill out the palette, blending seamlessly with herbal aspects including light white pepper and sage. 0 RS
