For this year's rendition of By & By, we used a beautiful melange of freshly pressed Pinot Noir skins from Rosewood Estates and Cab Franc from Fielding Estates! The skins bring notes of creamy strawberry, tart cherry, raspberry and currant to a classic Belgian-style Tripel base. By And By drinks like a Beaujolais-beer with major fruit balanced by subtle acidity and tannin. A true hybrid.
